My deepest condolences to the family of Gloria Vela. I had the privilege and honor of knowing and working with Gloria while I was a U.S. Probation Officer with the federal court in San Antonio. She was always very kind and helpful to me while I worked with the court family until my retirement nine years ago. Heaven has another angel looking down on us. Rest in Peace.🙏
