Cheryl Ann Bonds' Obituary
Cheryl Ann Bonds (Grier), lover of animals and aficionado of cream puffs, aged 64, went to heaven on July 23, 2024, from the loving comfort of her home in San Antonio, Tx. Cheryl was always ready to help any animal in need, be it dog, cat, bird, duck, or man. She could find the humor in any situation and had an infectious laugh. Cheryl had a genuine heart and was known for being sincere in all her actions. Born in November 1959, in San Antonio, TX, she is preceded in death by her father, Rudolph Alton Grier. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Jimmy Bonds; son Trey and wife Angel Bonds; daughter Ashley and husband Eddie Simon; stepson Jeremy Bonds; sister Deanna and husband David Real; mother Geraldine and husband Donald Corley; grandchildren Zachary, Gage, Sterling, Daxton, and Justin; nephews Chris and Kyle; and many friends.
Celebration of Life services are scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Live the Life Church, 5595 Hwy 87 E, San Antonio, TX 78222. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Cheryl's honor to a local animal shelter.
