I met Bennie in kindergarten at Vestal Elementary. I have a vivid memory of chasing this skinny little boy with straight hair around the playground. Bennie and his family moved away. 20 years later i met my friend again while working at St. Luke’s. It was only then that I realized why he never let me catch him🤭. We instantly became best friends and have been ever since. Bennie, Sandra and I were thick as thieves and were blessed to spend a weekend together at the coast a couple of weeks ago. I only have fond memories of us laughing until we cried. Bennie would always talk about his love for his family especially Donnie and Christopher. Sandra and I will never let your memory fade. I love you so much my bestie. Until we meet again. 💕
