Yolanda M. Mendez, born June 26, 1956 in San Antonio, Texas passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the age of 64 years in Von Ormy, Texas. Mrs. Mendez was preceded in passing by her Parents, Damacio and Damiana Montez, Siblings, Edward Montez, Felix Montez, Alicia Montez and Granddaughter, Alyssa Jayleen Villalobos. She is survived by her loving Husband Jose Inez Mendez, Sr., Children, Mark Anthony Montez, Melissa Marie Montez, Krissy Mendez Flores (Gabriel Flores), Vanessa Robinson (Deshon Robinson); Stepchildren, Irma Mendez, Guadalupe Vidal (Ramon Vidal), Gloria Asedo (Mario Asedo), Rose Marie Mendez, Joe Inez Mendez, Jr., Sonny Mendez (Rosura Mendez), Rogelio Mendez and Linda Jackson (Ashley Jackson); Siblings, Maria Luisa Castillo, Angelita Montez, Diana Salazar and David Montez, numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Mrs. Mendez loved to spend time with her grandchildren and stepchildren. She always looked forward to BBQs with the family at home. She was a huge Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs fan. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel.
