Wenceslao N. Medina's Obituary
Wenceslao N. Medina, born April 27, 1932 in Jalisco, Mexico passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Medina was preceded in death by his daughter, Margarita Montemayor. Mr. Medina is survived by his wife of 60 years, Maria Elena Medina; sons, Juan Medina (Nora), Ricardo Medina (Gracie), Javier Medina (Sandy), and Jesse Medina (Debra); daughters, Paula Gonzalez (Gerardo), Clara Medina (Andrew), Elvia Elizondo (Jose), and Elida Aguilar (Michael); brothers, Miguel Medina, Roberto Medina, and Dionisio Medina; sister, Valentina Tellez; 22 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; also numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives, as well as a host of friends. Mr. Medina enjoyed carpentry work and had a love for music. He was family oriented and had a great sense of humor which he shared with all. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will begin on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 1918 Palo Alto Rd. A Rosary Service will be held Thursday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at Church. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Everyone is asked to meet at Church. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
