Vidal G. Perez Jr.'s Obituary
Vidal G. Perez, Jr. passed away peacefully on September 26, 2024, at the age of 76. Vidal was born in San Antonio, Texas with roots in Somerset, Texas on April 22, 1948, to Maria and Vidal Perez Sr. In his early adulthood he began his career in carpet installation. He gained clients along the way which led to him owning his own business. With his dedication, he was able to provide and support his family of 8 throughout the decades of his career. Vidal was a very hardworking family man who never hesitated to lend a helping hand. He was known for his generosity and positive outlook on life. Though he came off as quiet at times, he always enjoyed a good laugh. There was never a dull moment without laughter amongst family. He had a love for camping, fishing, playing pool, and watching movies with a cold beer. He was a provider who wanted nothing but to ensure his loved ones were taken care of. He is proceeded in death by his parents Maria and Vidal Perez Sr., his brothers Santos, Raul, Eugenio, Jessie, and Johnny Perez. He is survived by his loving wife, Juana Martha Perez along with his children, Lisa Castillo and husband John Castillo, Victoria Wilson and husband Dennis Wilson, Yvonne Moreno, Virginia Plessinger, Janie Chavarria and husband Danny Chavarria, Vidal Perez III, Daniel Perez and wife Idalia Perez; his brothers David and Frank Perez; his sisters Connie Salinas, Tomasa Ybarra, Maria Cantu, Julie Trevino, Irma Medina, and Ofelia Salinas; his grandchildren Valerie Cortez, Ofelia Herrera, John Castillo Jr, Miranda Ritz, Fabian Eguia, Melody Peña, Victoria Williamson, Arianna Medina, Evan Perez, Amelia Plessinger, Daniel Perez Jr., and Vidal Perez IV, and his great grandchildren Rigo Herrera, John Castillo III, Krislyn Herrera, Reina Garcia, and Jae Garcia. He will be deeply missed by all who have known him and his memory will live on in our hearts forever. Thank you for the condolences and kind words from family and friends.
