Victor Daniel Galvan's Obituary
Victor Daniel Galvan, known as Vic, was born in San Antonio, Texas son to Victor and Patsy Galvan, on Jan 3, 1981 and passed away on May 29, 2026, at the age of 45. He lived a life that was deeply rooted in his love for his family and friends. Those who knew him, remember him as a caring, generous and thoughtful man.
Victor was taken too soon, he left behind his beautiful daughters; Zirina with daughter in law Rachel, Ariyana, and Patricia. Along with his grandson Amias, his sister Maria Elena, brother in law Chris, niece Valencia, nephew Maximus, as well as his loving parents Victor and Patsy, including numerous extended family members and friends.
He was born and raised in the city that he loved and was a devoted Spurs fan. He attended as many Fiesta celebrations as he could, mostly enjoying good food and great company. He loved to have fun by telling jokes and making people laugh. He especially enjoyed cooking and barbequing for family and friends. His happiest place was usually on the water; fishing, swimming and just enjoying the sun. Victor was very socialable, he talked to everyone and could make friends everywhere he went.
Growing up he loved to draw, sing and dance; he was very athletic and excelled in his academics.
Throughout his life, he cultivated many skills and passions, finding joy in creating, repairing, and building things with his hands. He loved gardening and spending time outdoors whenever he could. He was a man of many qualities—hardworking, resourceful, and always eager to explore the things he loved—with each side of his personality leaving a lasting impression on those who knew and loved him.
Although he faced struggles throughout his life, he never lost his desire to help others. He cared for his mother with love and was always finding ways to support family and friends. Whether he was cooking a meal, stopping by for a visit, or keeping candy and snacks on hand for the kids, he showed his love through thoughtful acts of kindness. He cherished spending time with family and friends, making snow cones for the kids, building bonfires for gatherings, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and togetherness around those he loved. Above all, he made sure the people closest to him knew how much he loved them. His generous heart, unwavering love, and presence in our lives will be tremendously missed beyond measure.
Surrounded by his loved ones, God welcomed him home on May 29, 2026. He leaves behind the struggles of this world and is now enjoying all his favorite foods, tending the grill, and celebrating in God’s presence. Although we have much pain and sadness, his loved ones take comfort in knowing that his suffering is over, his body has been made whole again. He was greeted at the gates of Heaven by those who have passed before him, he is finally at peace.
