Thomas "Pop" Cox's Obituary
Thomas “PoP” Cox born on January 23, 1965 to Vernon Cox and Karen Hayes in Oroville, California passed away on Thursday April 8, 2021 at the age of 56 years. Mr. Cox is preceded in death by his parents Vernon Cox and Karen Hayes; son, Ricky Ray; brother, Sammy Cox, sisters; Kathy and Jeannine Cox. Mr. Cox is survived by his Wife Christina Crisp; son, Tyler Crisp; daughter, Caitlin Mixon (Michel); Granddaughters, Calleigh and Amelia. Numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends. Mr. Cox was a family man who loved spending time with his grandbabies. He had a very strong Cristian faith. Mr. Cox enjoyed fishing, outdoors and BBQs. He had a strong passion for truck driving. Mr. Cox was the life of the party, a people person who loved telling jokes and singing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A memorial service to honor the life of Mr. Cox will be held on Saturday April, 17 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Poteet, TX. Care has been entrusted to Camero Funeral Home.
