May 4, 1993 – April 28, 2019
Taylor Nicole Castro of San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully at her home after a brave battle with Leukemia. Her family and friends were by her side when she drifted off to be with the Lord. Taylor is survived by her loving parents, Alfredo and Naomi Herrera; Patrick and Jessica Duke; devoted husband, Jonathan Castro; her beautiful children, Naomi Lynn, Jonathan Lee, and Emma Kay; two brothers, Matthew and Ricky Herrera; two sisters, Kendahl and Madilyn Duke; grandparents, Gary and Velia Yoho. Taylor will also be forever remembered by her numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family, and dear friends. Taylor was preceded in death by her uncle, Richard Hernandez. Taylor was a 2011 Graduate of South Side High School employed by South Texas Blood and Tissue Center, a subsidiary of Biobridge Global as a document control coordinator. “There are few miracles in this universe as amazing as her” Rick’s Quote. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia Society in memory of Taylor. Arrangements under the direction of Camero Funeral Home.
