Sylvia Medrano Herrera's Obituary
Sylvia Medrano Herrera, born November 3, 1952 in Poteet, Texas passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at the age of 66 years. Mrs. Herrera was preceded in death by her mother, Martina Medrano; father, Enrique Medrano and brother, Aldolpho Medrano. She is survived by her husband, David Herrera; son, David Herrera, Jr.; daughter, Monica Herrera (Randy Garza); grandchildren, Angel Reyes and Matthew Garza; sisters, Irma Casias, Dora Varela, and Oralia Brown as well as numerous beloved nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held on Tuesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church located at 274 Ave H. Poteet, Tx. 78065. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery in Von Ormy, Tx. Arrangements under the direction of Camero Funeral Home.
