Severiano Martinez, Jr., born on March 7, 1962 in San Antonio, Texas, passed away at his home in Poteet, Texas on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the age of 63. He is preceded in death by his parents, Severiano Martinez, Sr., Concepcion Martinez; and son, Kristopher Gomez. Severiano is survived by wife, Anna Martinez; children, Severiano Martinez III, James Martinez, Stephanie Martinez, Steven Martinez, Moses Burciaga, George Gomez, and Roy Gomez; 11 grandchildren; siblings, Joe Alfred Martinez, Ernestina Lugo (Rudy Lugo), Adelina Galvan (Daniel Galvan); and his goat, Boots.
Dad (Chupe) loved to fish, have family barbeques, and work on his vehicles. He was a wonderful husband, a great dad (one of the best) and he loved his grandkids. We love you dad and we are going to miss you! F*** cancer
