Savas “Sabastian” Jaramillo, 63, of Pleasanton, Texas, peacefully passed away
on 11/06/2022 surrounded by loved ones, after a difficult battle with cancer.
Savas was born on 09/26/1959 to
Sarah and Florencio Jaramillo
in the small town of Nordheim, Texas.
He worked in the healthcare field for over 28 years. Savas was passionate about
healthcare and loved what he did for a living.
In 1999, Savas met David at David’s Hair Salon in San Antonio, Texas. Savas and
David were then married in 2016 and went on to raise their daughter Christine Rodriguez, several farm animals and many dogs at their home in Pleasanton, Texas. Savas always made time to pursue his love of Houston Texans football, Kickapoo and bingo nights
with friends and family.
Savas was predeceased by mother and father
Sarah and Florencio Jaramillo, of Nordheim, Texas.
Sisters Emma Duque of West Texas, Frances Jaramillo of Pasadena, Texas,
and Margarita (Mage) Erebia, of Pasadena, Texas. Brother Jesse Jaramillo of Nordheim, Texas.
He is survived by his loving husband David Rodriguez, Jr. of Pleasanton, Texas,
daughter Christine Rodriguez and partner Jessica Salinas of San Antonio, Texas. Furbabies Toby and Dixie. Brothers
Florencio Jaramillo Jr. and spouse, Soila, of Kenedy, Texas; Nicholas
Jaramillo and spouse, Janie, of Houston, Texas; Gregorio Jaramillo and spouse Barbara, of Crosby, Texas; Roberto Jaramillo and spouse Libby, of Nordheim, Texas; Benito Jaramillo, of Yorktown, Texas. Sisters, Elisa Castillo, of Karnes City, Texas; Flora
Branton, of Cuero, Texas; and Mary Pargmann and spouse, Roger, of Yorktown, Texas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Pleasanton, Texas on November 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM. Services will continue the following day at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Pleasanton, Texas with a funeral service starting at 12:00 PM. Services will conclude at the church.
