Santiago M. Cardenas Jr.'s Obituary
Santiago “Jimmy” M. Cardenas, Jr., born March 1, 1947 in Alamo, Texas to Santiago J. Cardenas and Irene M. Cardenas passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the age of 71 years. Mr. Cardenas was preceded in death by his parents Santiago and Irene Cardenas, and brothers, Arnulfo Cardenas, Sylvester Cardenas, Oscar Cardenas, and Benito Cardenas. He is survived by his daughter, Diana Sandoval; sisters, Rebecca C. Asebedo (Robert), Florinda Galindo (Joe), and Ermelinda Vasquez (Robert); brothers, Arturo M. Cardenas and Roberto M. Cardenas; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends. Mr. Cardenas loved to paint and draw. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held Tuesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Camero Funeral Home.
