San Juana "Janie" Gomez's Obituary
San Juana Gomez, affectionately known as Janie, cherished daughter of the late Jesus Cavazos and Emilia Jaquez, peacefully departed on April 16, 2024, following her valiant battle with cancer. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Eli Gomez, and their children: Ebony Joy, Eli Jr., Emilio Jay, Eriq Joel, Emery Joann, and our cherished late Elissa. Janie's world revolved around her beloved grandchildren Ellie Jae, Emma Jewel, Gavin Lee, Easton James, Evie Joan, Eli III, Erron Joseph, and Miranda. She is also survived by her 4 sisters and 1 brother. Her spirit of love and care will forever resonate within the hearts of those she held dear. May Janie find eternal peace and her memory be a beacon of light for those who loved her.
Visitation will be held at El Salvador Assembly of God located at 201 Odell St. San Antonio, Texas 78212 on Monday, April 22, 2024 from 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. with a service to be held at 5:30 p.m.
