Hey Dad, I was just thinking of you. Everything is good. I wanted to share with you my good news...I got that promotion we were hoping for. Yeah, I finally made GM. I will actually have my own store, I was told I would have the Pleasanton location, but they can put me anywhere in San Antonio. I also got my very first bonus...it definitely was sweet. lol. I would've loved to take you and mom out for a nice dinner to celebrate, but I will take mom out for sure. She's a bit under the weather now, but once she's better, I'll take her for a nice steak.
I am really missing you, dad. I miss your voice, your laughter, and sometimes, I just miss watching you win at solitaire...every single time. I love you.
