Rosemary A. Martinez, born October 20, 1959 in Jourdanton, Texas passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 in Humble, Texas at the age of 55 years. Mrs. Martinez is survived by her children, Frank Fernandez, Jr., Marissa Rose Fernandez, Joshua James Martinez and Marlayna Marie Martinez; father, Domingo Erasmo Garcia; mother, Maria De Jesus Hernandez; brothers, Lazaro Hernandez, Domingo P. Garcia, Jr., Jesse P. Garcia, David P. Garcia, Danny P. Garcia, and Eddie P. Garcia; sisters, Joann Martinez, Margie Ortiz, Norma Vela, Leticia G. Trevino, and Candelaria G. Nunez; grandchildren, Faith Robles, Hope Robles, Aaliyah Castaneda, Ayden James Martinez, Jonah James Martinez, Jarrell Patrick Fernandez, Jaelynn Marie Fernandez, Austin Fernandez, Angelina Fernandez and Nathaniel Fernandez; also numerous nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles. Visitation will begin Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church, 274 Avenue H, Poteet. A Rosary Service will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, January 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
