Ricardo S. Ortiz, born in San Antonio, Texas on May 26, 1948 to Manuel Ortiz and Maria Sanchez Ortiz, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the age of 67. Mr. Ortiz was preceded in death by his son, Richard Ortiz, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Yolanda C. Ortiz; daughters, Sylvia O. Nicasio (Manuel) and Soila Flores (Sergio); brothers, Manuel Ortiz and Jesse Ortiz; sisters, Delia Corona, Estefana Ramirez, Olga Betancourt, and Aurora Ortiz; also 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; as a host of other family members and friends. Mr. Ortiz will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. A Prayer Service will be held Wednesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel.
