Raymond A Gonzales' Obituary
Our loving father Raymond Gonzales went to be with the Lord on January 26, 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren & his beloved dog Princess at the age of 83. He was born to Lucio & Irene Gonzales August 31, 1940 in San Antonio, Texas. He is preceded by his beautiful & loving wife Ester Gonzales whom he missed so much! His brothers; Henry Gonzales, Lucio Gonzales (Lucy), Richard Gonzales (Nancy) & Robert Gonzales (Blanca); Sons; Ernest Guerrero & Mario Guerrero Jr (Dolores). He is survived by his loving daughters; Mary Esther Diaz (Luis), Janette Arce (Oscar), Rosalinda Flores (Juan), Betty A. Torres (Carlos) & his son Eliseo V. Guerrero (Patricia), sister; Doris Lujan (Gilbert), his brother Roy Gonzales (Candy) and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. His happiest times is when he was surrounded with all his family & if not, he was doing what he loved to do best-being at the horse races, playing golf, poker or simply just being at home watching the Sports channel with his best friend right next to him (his dog Princess). He retired from his career as a Master Plumber & there was never a job he couldn’t fix. We would like to thank everyone at Transcend Hospice, his nurses, his Chaplin (J.P.) and his Provider/great granddaughter Jada Lyric Mata whom they all did an amazing job to be so gentle and kind with our father til the end. He will be missed beyond words but we know that he is with our precious Mom & they’re both dancing the Twist up in Heaven. We love you & you will always be in our hearts!
