Petra Maldonado Gamboa's Obituary
Petra Maldonado Gamboa born April 29, 1941 in Cotulla, Texas to Claudio Maldonado and Francisca Martinez Maldonado passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018 at the age of 77 years. Mrs. Gamboa is precededed in death by her brothers, Angel Maldonado and Apolonio Maldonado. She survived by her husband of 52 years, Pedro M. Gamboa; daughters, Jane Roxanne Alaniz and Lorena Gamboa; sons, Pedro Gamboa, Jr., Patrick Gamboa, and Phillip Gamboa; brothers, Claudio Maldonado, Jr. and Juan Ramon Maldonado; sisters, Guadalupe Trevino, Francisca De Leon, and Maria Concepcion Sobrevilla Gonzalez; 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson; and numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends. Mrs. Gamboa loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing as well as gardening, and watching her novelas. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will begin on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held Monday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel.
