Patricia A. Blackburn's Obituary
Patricia A. Blackburn passed peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the age of 75.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, John M. Blackburn; and parents, Rex and Wilma LaMee.
Patricia is survived by her beloved dog, Stoney; her 4 children, Carol Diaz (David), John W. Blackburn (Christina), David Blackburn (Laura) and Michael Blackburn; 7 grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Jonathan, Joy, Christian, Olivia and Christain, who knew her as Grandma and Nana; 14 great-grandchildren, who knew her as Gigi; 1 sister, Linda D. DeLeon; 3 nieces and 2 nephews; and 7 great-nieces and great-nephews.
In her youth, Patricia loved being crafty. She would make different pictures using string art or make tons of candles. For 20 years, Patricia worked for Color Spot Nursery as a receptionist and receiving clerk. She enjoyed spending time with family and attending all the birthday parties for her grandkids and great grandkids, which were many.
She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Patricia will be laid to rest next to her husband on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 2:30 pm, at First Memorial Park Cemetery on Hwy 16 N.
