Patricia Ann Barnes, aged 76 years, passed away on January 29, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. Patricia was born in Detroit, Michigan to parents, James and Juanita Murphy on September 25,1947.
She was preceded in passing by both parents James Rush Murphy and Juanita Susan (Hanna) Murphy; brothers, Tom Murphy and Butch Murphy and her dog, Hailey.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years George R. Barnes, SR; brother, James Murphy; sons, George R Barnes Jr. (Nova Barnes) and William Barnes(Marie Barnes); daughters, Rebecca Meder (Robert Meder) and Cherylann Guerra(Antonio Guerra); grandchildren, Joseph Meder, Joanna Meder, Heather Neira-Sanchez(Landon Soto), David Stallings(Cassie Stallings), Amy Manansala(Donald Manansala), Elizabeth Vallejo(Marcus Vallejo), George Barnes 3rd., and Nathaniel Barnes(Devon Chance);
Patricia is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Joselyn Espinoza, Isabella Meder, William Meder, Gilbert Neira-Sanchez Jr., Mickayla Neira-Sanchez, Triston Neira-Sanchez, Wyatt Neira-Sanchez, Erin McPeak, Alyssa Stallings, Molly Earl, Joy Earl, Clark Stallings, Spencer Manansala, Paisley Manansala, Evelyn Manansala, Emma Vallejo; nieces and nephews, Kathy Murphy, Cindy Murphy, Brandon Murphy, Bobby Barnes, Tammy Barnes, Geri Barnes and her beloved cat, Bubba
She will always be remembered with love as a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother and a Friend to everyone.
