Oscar P. Gallegos' Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Oscar P. Gallegos who went to be with our Lord on Saturday, February 08, 2025, at 88 years old. Oscar was born to his parents Inez and Maria Gallegos on April 06, 1936, in Mexico. He is preceded in death by his wife Tomasa Gallegos and son Jose Roberto Gallegos. Oscar had a true passion for carpentry, and he was very devoted to his church. He is survived by his three children: Jose Oscar Gallegos (Pearl), Eliseo Gallegos (Liliana), Eliazar Gallegos (Diane); 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and 1 sister Alicia Mojica, also, numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank La Diferencia Hospice for the care given to their dad. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Southside Funeral Home chapel from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Funeral Home Chapel Interment to follow to First Memorial Park.
