Ofelia S. Arellano's Obituary
Ofelia S. Arellano, born August 1, 1945 to Sotero Sanchez and Felis Gonzales Sanchez passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 75 years. Mrs. Arellano is survived by her husband, Johnny Arellano; daughter, Mary Lou Perez; brother, Sotero Sanchez, Jr.; sisters, Olivia Noland, Carmen Bustamante, Blanca Higle, Juanita Campos, Connie Arellano, and Celia Leza; grandchildren, Erica Berumen and Brandon Bedard; also numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Arellano met the love of her life when they were neighbors, Ofelia and Johnny married in 1967 and remained married for the next 53 years raising their family together. Mrs. Arellano loved spending time with family and friends. She liked to garden and had a passion for raising yorkies and chickens. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will begin on Monday, October 26, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held Monday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Oakley Cemetery, 3460 Hardy Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78264.
