Noel R. Maldonado's Obituary
Noel Rodriguez Maldonado, 63, left this earth peacefully on Friday, February 9, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born January 24, 1955 to Miguel and Rosa (Rodriguez) Maldonado. Noel was the eldest of 5 children. He was preceded in death by his wife Sharon (Polansky) of 16 years, with whom he now reunites in everlasting peace.
A graduate of William Horlick High School and a retired J.I. Case employee, Noel truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures like spending time with friends and family and never missing a Green Bay Packers game. He was an avid reader of magazines about cars and motorcycles. He also enjoyed scientific journals and comic publications. He loved the television show Jeopardy and would love to challenge anyone willing to play the game. He was always there to provide words of wisdom and a helpful hand. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with the Lord.
He is survived by his parents, sisters Margie Reyes (Juan) and Edna Parish (Tim), his brothers Miguel Maldonado and Bobby Maldonado (Tammie), and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends whose lives he touched.
Services will be held at St. Mary’s Church 19711 N Dixon St., Somerset TX, on February 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. to reminisce and celebrate his life.
