Miguel Ramos Martinez's Obituary
With profound love, we honor the life of Miguel Ramos Martinez, who went home to be
with the Lord on November 22, 2025. Miguel was born on August 1, 1955, in Nuevo
Laredo, Tamaulipas, México, to the late Miguel and Guadalupe Ramos.
Miguel experienced and lived out the transforming power of Christ’s love and
redemption. When God changed his life, Miguel surrendered fully, becoming a servant
of the Lord with unwavering commitment. As the Pastor of Iglesia Destino Divino, he
poured himself into ministry—shepherding, teaching, encouraging, and lifting others
through faith. Miguel’s life was a testament to redemption and the power of a heart
renewed. Regardless of the obstacles he faced, he remained steadfast, fighting the
good fight and loving the Lord until his very last breath.
Miguel was known for his joyful spirit, he was a natural jokester, always finding
something to laugh about and always eager to share that laughter with others. Even
amid life’s hardships, he carried joy like a light, brightening the lives of all who crossed
his path.
Miguel is survived by his wife of 27 years, Gloria Ramos; He leaves behind his
children—Isela Ramos; Lawrence Rios and wife Christina; Miguel Ramos Jr.; and Ruby
Murphy and husband Edwin; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Siblings Cruz Ramos, Rosa Ramos, Bertha Ramos, Maria Ramos, Anaida Ramos, Raul Ramos, Miguel Ramos Castro, Cruz Ramos, Rosa Ramos, Juan Ramos, Laura Ramos, Miguel Ramos Aguilar, Ricardo Ramos, and Jazmin Ramos. He is preceded
in death by his beloved granddaughter, Christina Rios, whom he now joins in eternal
peace.
Those who knew Miguel will remember a man transformed by God, a pastor who served
with passion, and a husband, father, and friend who lived with laughter and love. His
legacy of faith, joy, and perseverance will endure in the hearts of all who loved him.

Con profundo amor, honramos la vida de Miguel Ramos Martinez, quien partió a la presencia del Señor el 22 de Noviembre de 2025. Miguel nació el 1 de Agosto de 1955 en Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, México, hijo de los ya fallecidos Miguel y Guadalupe Ramos.
Miguel experimentó y vivió el poder transformador del amor y la redención de Cristo. Cuando Dios cambió su vida, Miguel se rindió por completo, convirtiéndose en un siervo del Señor con un compromiso inquebrantable. Como Pastor de la Iglesia Destino Divino, se entregó al ministerio: pastoreando, enseñando, animando y levantando a otros a través de la fe. La vida de Miguel fue un testimonio de redención, fe y del poder de un corazón renovado. Sin importar los obstáculos que enfrentó, permaneció firme, peleando la buena batalla y amando al Señor hasta su último aliento.
Miguel era conocido por su espíritu alegre; era un bromista natural, siempre encontraba algo de qué reír y siempre estaba dispuesto a compartir esa alegría con los demás. Aun en medio de las dificultades de la vida, cargaba la alegría como una luz, iluminando la vida de todos los que se cruzaban en su camino.
Miguel es sobrevivido por su esposa de 27 años, Gloria Ramos; a sus hijos: Isela Ramos; Lawrence Rios y su esposa Christina; Miguel Ramos Jr.; y Ruby Murphy y su esposo Edwin; además de 6 nietos y 7 bisnietos. Asimismo, le sobreviven sus hermanos: Cruz Ramos, Rosa Ramos, Bertha Ramos, María Ramos, Anaida Ramos, Raúl Ramos, Miguel Ramos Castro, Cruz Ramos, Rosa Ramos, Juan Ramos, Laura Ramos, Miguel Ramos Aguilar, Ricardo Ramos y Jazmín Ramos. Le precede en la muerte su amada nieta, Christina Rios, con quien ahora se reúne en la paz eterna.
Quienes conocieron a Miguel recordarán a un hombre transformado por Dios, a un pastor que sirvió con pasión y a un esposo, padre y amigo que vivió con risa y amor. Su legado de fe, alegría y perseverancia permanecera en los corazones de todos los que lo amaron.
