Miguel Angel Ayala Mendez's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Miguel Angel Ayala Mendez, who left us on January 9, 2025, at the age of 35. Born on July 12, 1989, Miguel was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend, whose love for life, family, and horses touched the hearts of everyone who knew him.
Miguel was passionate about horseback riding and cherished the time spent with his family and friends while riding through the open trails. Whether on quiet rides with his loved ones or enjoying the outdoors with those close to him, he found peace and joy in the company of his horses.
Miguel’s greatest pride and joy were his wife, Jessica, and their four beautiful children—Karina, Jezlynn, Alexa, and Anthony. He was a loving and dedicated father, always striving to provide for and guide his children with love, wisdom, and care. His unwavering support and commitment to his family will be deeply missed.
Miguel is also survived by his beloved parents, siblings, in-laws, nieces, and nephews, who will forever remember his kindness, sense of humor, and warm spirit. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Visitation for Miguel will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Trevino, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78211, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Chapel service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a Processional departing the funeral home for Interment at First Memorial Burial Park, 20567 S Highway 16, Von Ormy, Texas 78073.
Miguel’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who loved him, and he will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate to know him.

Con gran pesar y profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Miguel Ángel Ayala Méndez, quien nos dejó el 9 de enero de 2025, a la edad de 35 años. Nacido el 12 de julio de 1989, Miguel fue un devoto esposo, padre e hijo, hermano y amigo, cuyo amor por la vida, la familia y los caballos tocó los corazones de todos los que lo conocieron.
A Miguel le apasionaba montar a caballo y apreciaba el tiempo que pasaba con su familia y amigos mientras cabalgaba por los senderos abiertos. Ya sea en tranquilos paseos con sus seres queridos o disfrutando del aire libre con sus seres queridos, encontraba paz y alegría en la compañía de sus caballos.
El mayor orgullo y alegría de Miguel eran su esposa, Jessica, y sus cuatro hermosos hijos: Karina, Jezlynn, Alexa y Anthony. Era un padre amoroso y dedicado, que siempre se esforzaba por cuidar y guiar a sus hijos con amor, sabiduría y cuidado. Extrañaremos profundamente su inquebrantable apoyo y compromiso con su familia.
A Miguel también le sobreviven sus amados padres, hermanos, suegros, sobrinos y sobrinas, quienes recordarán por siempre su amabilidad, sentido del humor y espíritu cálido. Su legado vivirá en los corazones de todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.
Se llevará a cabo un Visitatorio para Miguel el domingo 26 de enero de 2025, de 5:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. en la Funeraria del Ángel Treviño, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78211, con un Rosario que se recitará a las 7:00:00: 00 p.m. 00 p.m. Se llevará a cabo un servicio de capilla el lunes 27 de enero de 2025 a las 10:00 a. m., seguido de una procesión que partirá de la funeraria para el entierro en First Memorial Burial Park, 20567 S Highway 16, Von Ormy, Texas 78073.
