Max Ibarra Jr.'s Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Max Ibarra Jr., who gained his angel wings on May 8, 2026 at the age of 23 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Max will be remembered for his kind heart, his strength, and the love he shared with everyone who knew him.
Max touched many lives through his laughter, compassion, and unwavering devotion to his family. He leaves behind cherished memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him.
He is survived by his loving mother Erica Ibarra; his father, Max Ibarra Sr.; his son Angel Israel Ibarra, his girlfriend Michelle Loredo, Grandparents Norma De La Rosa, Irene Ibarra and Rudy & Maryann Rodriguez, his brother Johnny Ozzy Del Bosque, his Godparents Victor & Norma Mata, countless uncles, aunts, cousins and a large extended family of relatives and friends who will continue to honor his memory and carry his spirit forward.
Though his time here was far too short, Max’s impact on those around him will never be forgotten. His family asks that he be remembered not for the way he passed, but for the way he lived — with love, loyalty, and heart.
“Those we love never truly leave us. They live on in the memories we hold and the love they gave.”
