Mary Esquivel's Obituary
Mary Esquivel was born on March 22, 1954 to Esperanza and Enrique Ruiz in San Antonio, Texas, where she remained a lifelong resident. Was granted eternal rest on December 14, 2023 at the age of 69.
She is survived by her sons, Dionicio III, Henry and Ruben; granddaughters, Lisette, Rosa, Brittany Rose, Brianna Nichole, Maya Lea; grandson Iric Zander; great granddaughter Alani and great grandson Xander; brother Mario Ruiz. and sisters Alicia Diaz, Hope Mayor, Henrietta Rangel; and numerous family members and friends.
She was a wonderful and beautiful mother who was always there when we needed her and consistently expressed her love for her family.
Her favorite hobbies were playing bingo, visiting casinos, and loved to eat at her favorite restaurant, Don Pedro's on the cities Southside.
She will forever be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with Service to be held Thursday, December 28, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. Interment will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
