Martin Boyle Seel's Obituary
Martin “Chief Marty” Boyle Seel, born in Brooklyn, New York on August 24, 1938 passed away Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the age of 75 years. Mr. Seel is survived by his sister, Jane Aguilar; nieces, Catherine Turner, Kate Marquis and Irene Seel; great-nephews, Charles Seel, Christopher Seel, Harvey Marquis III, and James Turner. Mr. Seel was a Military Police Officer while serving his country in the United States Army. While living in Brooklyn, he worked as a Detective for the Brooklyn Police Department and retired from the Somerset Police Department as Chief. He was a proud member of the Clan Ferguson. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Procession will depart on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. service at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 19711 Dixon St., Somerset, Texas 78069. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Somerset, Texas. Arrangements under the direction of Camero Funeral Home. You are invited to sign the on-line register book.
