Maria Cristina Velasquez Diaz, born to Fransisco Velasquez and Evangelina Trevino on March 22, 1954 in Monterrey,Mexico, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at the age of 70 years. Mrs. Diaz is survived by her sons, Felipe Diaz, Jr., Prudenciano Diaz, Juan Diaz, David Diaz, Daniel Diaz, Gabriel Diaz, Andres Diaz, Esteban Diaz, and Alfonso Debosquez Velasquez; daughters, Evangelina Velasquez,Amanda Diaz, Maria Diaz and Elvira Diaz and Maruca Velasquez; numerous grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren; also numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and many friends. Mrs. Diaz enjoyed spending time with her family.One of her favorite things was to spend time cooking with her family and son, She also enjoyed playing conquien, visiting the different casinos, and eating out. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. Visitation will begin on Tuesday,July 23, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held on Tuesday Evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home Chapel.
