Maria H. Huizar's Obituary
Maria H. Huizar, born August 23, 1959, was called home to be with the Lord on July 26, 2026. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Rosendo Salinas and Maria Arellano, and her grandson, Joe Angel Perez. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Joe P. Huizar; brothers, Rosendo Salinas and Guadalupe Salinas; children, Michelle Perez, Patricia Araujo (Julius Valenzuela), Sandy Martinez (Francisco Martinez), Rachel Dominguez (Benjamin Dominguez), and Maggie Hernandez (Gabino Hernandez); sisters, Monica Vitela, Martina Pacheco, and Martha Gonzales; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends. She loved spending time with her grandchildren she helped raise. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services will be held at Camero Funeral Home on Thursday, July 30, 2026, with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. Services will continue Friday, July 31, 2026, with a visitation starting at 9:00 a.m., a funeral service at 10:00 a.m., and the burial to immediately follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
