Maria S. Garzes, born January 26, 1940 in San Antonio, Texas passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016 at the age of 76 years. Mrs. Garzes is survived by her sons, Raul Garzes, Adolfo Garzes, Jr., Luis Garzes, and Henry Garzes; daughters, Esther Alvarado, Irene Martinez, Helen Valdez, and Ida Villanueva; brothers, Roberto Serna and Joe Serna; sister, Elvira Salazar; 23 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; also numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. Burial will follow in First Memorial Park Cemetery.
