Maria Angelita Aranda born on October 2, 1943 to Modesto Rivera and Anastasia Arguello in San Antonio, Texas passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at the age of 77 years. Ms. Aranda was processed in death by her parents Modesto Rivera and Anastasia Arguello, three sisters and four brothers. Ms. Aranda is survived by her Six brothers; Modesto Rivera JR of Iowa, Ricardo Rivera, Ernesto Rivera, Roberto Rivera, and George Rivera of Indiana, and Antonio Rivera of Bryan, Texas. Two sisters; Linda Tono of Waco, Texas and Erma Vega of Florida. three sons; Jose Gaitan and Jessie Gaitan of Florida, and Michael Aguilar of San Antonio, Texas. Three daughters; Mary Ayala and husband Jimmy Ayala, JoAnn Gaitan and husband Gregorio Aguilar, and Rachel Gaitan all of Florida. Twenty one grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Ms. Aranda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
