Margarita Aranda's Obituary
Margarita Aranda was born in San Antonio, Texas to parents Louis and Margarita Loera. Margarita entered into eternal rest on October 16, 2025, at the age of 77. Margarita is preceded in death by her father; Louis Loera, mother; Margarita Loera, and brothers; Richard Loera, Raymond Loera, and Ernest Conder. She is survived by her spouse; Andres D. Aranda Sr. Sons; Edward Aranda, Alexis Aranda Sr., Andres Aranda Jr., and Esteban Aranda. Brother; Johnny Loera. Sisters; Alicia Huron, and Beatrice Diaz. Grandchildren; Andres Aranda III, Victoria Aranda, Damien Aranda, Elian Aranda, Andres Gabriel Aranda IV, and Isabel Aranda. She is survived by numerous of family and friends. Margarita was married for over 61 wonderful years to Andres. She enjoyed her travels with her children and grandchildren. Margarita also known as Reina "De Los Flores", worked many years making fiesta flowers for San Antonio's Battle of Flowers Parade, and the Fiesta Flambo Parade. Margarita will be terribly missed. Services are as follows:
Tuesday- November 4, 2025
4.m.-8p.m.- Visitation to be held at Texas Funeral Home, 2702 Castroville Road,
San Antonio, Texas 78237. With a rosary to be recited at 6:30p.m.
Wednesday- November 5, 2025
8a.m.-9:30a.m.- Visitation to be held at Texas Funeral Home
9:45a.m.- Departure from funeral home
10a.m.- Mass at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church, 747 SW 39th St, San Antonio, Texas 78237
12p.m.- Burial service at First Memorial Park Cemetery, 20567 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073
Services will be led by police escorts
