Manuela C. Herrera, born on May 23, 1947 to Santos De Leon in Charlotte, Texas Passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 74. She is preceded in death by her mother Santos De Leon and granddaughter Cassandra Rodriguez. She is Survived by her husband Mateo Herrera, daughter; Ruby Huerta (Jesse), sons; Tommy Rodriguez (Bertha) and Micheal Rodriguez (Rebecca), grandchildren; Maricella Huerta, Jesse Huerta Jr., David Rodriguez and Ethan Rodriguez, siblings; Patricia Romero (Richard), Margarita Guerrero (Juan) and Christobal Lopez, including numerous nieces and nephews that loved her very much. Mrs. Herrera had a golden heart and would help anyone in need. She loved her grandchildren very much. She loved to garden and enjoyed caring for her plants. She had a green thumb when it came to her plants. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Graveside Service for Mrs. Herrera will be held Thursday September 23, 2021 at San Pedro Cemetery in Poteet, Texas at 10:00 am.
