Luis Cazares Olguin's Obituary
Luis Cazares Olguin passed away peacefully in San Antonio, Texas on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the age of 71. He was born on October 3, 1952, in Mexico. Luis was a very spiritual man. He loved our Lord and Savior. He encouraged people in church to rejoice in the Lord and to trust in his word. Luis was passionate about music and played the guitar. He would even write songs including the song "Princess" that he composed and dedicated to his wife Irene on the day of their wedding. He was known to dance for the Lord and serenade all those that were blessed to be in his presence. Luis also enjoyed baseball and karate. Luis will always be remembered as a loving and caring man. He was known to help everyone who was in need. He will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him. He is reunited in heaven with his parents Esteban and Elena Cazares, siblings Pioquinto, Velia and Alicia and brother-in-law Carlos Moreno. Luis is deeply loved and will be forever missed by his devoted wife of 20 years Irene, brothers Esteban and Teodoro plus numerous family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service to be recited at 6:00 p.m. On Friday, August 2, 2024, there will be a Chapel service at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at First Memorial Burial Park.
