Louis Garcia Leal's Obituary
Louis Garcia Leal of Poteet, Texas passed away Friday November 29, 2019 at home. He was born to Raymond Sr. and Vivian Garcia Leal in Poteet on November 1, 1951.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Raymond G. Leal Jr.
Louis is survived by one daughter, Monica Leal Cabrera and husband Jesse; two granddaughters, Emily Marie and Amanda Hope; one grandson, Ryan Joseph; and one son, Michael Louis Leal. He is also survived by siblings, Mary Ann De La Garza and husband Daniel, Helen Garcia and husband Henry Sr., Roy G. Leal, Frank G. Leal and wife Marcia, Janie Cardenas and husband Herman, Rosie Phillips and husband Brian, Yolanda Martinez and husband Frankie, Robert G. Leal, and Richard G. Leal; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. Rosary services will commence Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church located at 274 Avenue H, Poteet, TX 78065 Thursday December 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery in Von Ormy, Texas.
