Lou Ann Castro's Obituary
Lou Ann Castro, born on September 15, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at the age of 67 years. Mrs. Castro is survived by her husband, Antonio Castro; sons, Arthur Rene Rivera and Robert Anthony Ancira; brother, Rodney Ortiz; sister, Regina Hixson; also 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, and other family members. Mrs. Castro loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren who she called her pride and joy. She also enjoyed playing Bingo. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home at City Base, 3706 S. W.W. White Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78222. A Rosary Service will be held on Wednesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1114 Willow St., San Antonio, Texas 78208. Everyone is asked to meet at Church. Burial will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Care has been entrusted to Camero Funeral Home at City Base.
