Juan L. Nava's Obituary
Juan L. Nava was called home to be with the Lord on April 26, 2025, at the age of 84. He is preceded in death by his parents, Candido Nava and Candelaria Lopez Nava, brother Francisco Nava, sisters Paulita, Margarita, and Lydia Nava, spouses Angelita Garcia Nava and Catalina Salazar Nava, and grandson David Eric Nava.
Juan is survived by his wife Ignacia Salazar Nava, son David Nava(wife Judy) , daughters Lydia Nava, Gloria N. Sanchez (husband Arnold Sanchez Sr.), sister Alicia Vargas, eight grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, many extended family members and dear friends. Juan is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a rosary to be recited to 6:00 P.M. On Friday, May 2, 2025, a funeral mass will be held at St. Leo's Catholic Church at 10:00 A.M located at 4415 S. Flores St. San Antonio, Texas 78214.
