Josefina Tello Santillan's Obituary
Mrs. Josefina Tello Santillan, born in Stockdale, Texas on March 18, 1928 to Alberto and Concepcion Tello, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015 in Pleasanton, Texas at the age of 86 years. Mrs. Santillan was preceded in death by her husband, Tomas Santillan, Sr. and son, Thomas Santillan. Mrs. Santillan is survived by her daughters, Mary Helen Duran, Diana Garcia (Selso), Cristina Gonzales (Alfred), and Monica Santillan; sons, Robert Santillan (Beatrice) and Carlos Santillan (Diana); daughter in law, Alice Santillan; brother, Juan Tello; sisters, Virginia Vega, Sara Carrasco, Esperanza Galarza, and Petra Solis; also 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives. Visitation will begin Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church. A Rosary Service will be held Tuesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Madre Dolorosa Catholic Cemetery, Poteet.
