Jose O. Garcia, age 78, entered into rest on Sunday, August 25, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Mary M. Garcia; sons, Joe D. Garcia (Alice), Jesse Garcia (Diana), David Garcia (Bridgett) and Jamie Garcia (Victoria); daughters, Betty Garcia (Ernest), Irma Coronado (Freddy Sorola), Rose Mary Rodriguez (Roy) and Dollie Young (Rocky); sister, Frances Santos; brothers, Santos Garcia (Simona) and Ignacio Garcia (Virginia); 49 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces and other relatives. Serving as pallbearers for Mr. Garcia will be Orlando Garcia, Joey Garcia, Kevin Garcia, James Garcia, Kerry Coronado, Kenny Coronado, Pedro Rios Jr., and Alex Luna. Visitation will be held, Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Hosanna Baptist Church. A prayer service will be held Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the church. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Hosanna Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Rutledge Cemetery, Poteet. Services under the direction of Camero Funeral Home.
