Joe was a great man that I had the most respect and loved him. I had the pleasure of helping him and Rosa make hamburgers at the church festival. We had so much fun, I was known as La Flaco, it breaks my heart that they are both gone. But happy that they are together, I will cherish every great memories that I have of them. To his children I will always be here for you, you all have always treated me like family. RIP JOE until we meet again. Love you Joe and Rosa.

Where or how to even say what's in our heart's at this time. We were blessed by both Joe and Rosa. Your dad was a wonderful honest man. He said what was on his mind, no holding back, but that was Joe. We all have memories of him and forever will be embedded in our hearts. Rest easy Tio Joe. A kiss to our beautiful angel Tia Rosa.
