Joe Alex Mendez born October 17, 1954 in Poteet, Tx. entered into rest on Wednesday April 10, 2019 in San Antonio, Tx. Mr. Mendez is preceded in death by Mother, Beatrice Mendez. He is survived by his loving Wife, Alicia C. Mendez; Daughter, Alicia M. Mendez; Grandchildren, Anastasia Mendez and Anthony Constancio (Julia); Great Grandchild, Jack Anthony Constancio; Brothers, Silvester Mendez and Roy Mendez (Margie); Sisters, Gloria Guajardo (Albert) and Beatrice Bosquez (Trinidad) and Father, Epifanio Mendez. He will be greatly missed by all whose life he touched. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with an Evening Service at 7 p.m. at the Camero Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Camero Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery in Von Ormy, Tx.
