Joe Juarez Garcia, Jr., age 80, loving son, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, entered rest on April 3, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on November 14, 1944, in San Antonio, Texas. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Rebecca Elizondo Garcia, parents, Joe, Sr. and Maria Dolores Garcia, son, Andres Garcia. He is survived by his daughters, Guadalupe E. Garcia (Hector Navarro) and Zulema Garcia Botello (George), daughter in law, Marianne Garcia, sons, Joe Elizondo Garcia III (Jay Avila), Issac Garcia. Sister, Esther Jaquez, brother, Richard J. Garcia. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Palm Heights Mortuary from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 pm at the Palm Heights Mortuary chapel. Everyone will reunite at Palm Heights Mortuary on Friday, April 11, 2025, at 8:00 am for visitation and a departure time of 10:30 am for the Mass of Resurrection at 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church. Burial will be at First Memorial Burial Park after the mass. He was loved by all and will be deeply missed.
