Joaquin Razo's Obituary
Joaquin Razo, age 48, entered heavens gates on October 17, 2019. Joaquin was born in Monterrey, Mexico on October 1, 1971 to Esteban and Velia Razo. He resided in Lakehills, Tx. with the love of his life Toni Razo, where together they cared for their mothers; Velia Razo and Kathy Huskey.
Joaquin loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and especially cooking out for his family and friends on his beloved “Rancho Razo” as he called it. He was the life of any party and there was never a dull moment with him. He would often say he had “a sexy body” and “you gotta work had for a body like this”. He was a hard-working man who did all he could to provide for his family, he was also resourceful and took pride in improving his home with materials that he salvaged. He was able to build a patio, car port, fire pit, bbq pit, and even remodel a restroom among other projects.
Joaquin was a unique man and among many great qualities, perhaps the greatest, was bringing family together. Anytime you were around him he made you feel as though you were his favorite. He would constantly express his love for you, which served as a reminder of your value and importance. Although he no longer walks the earth with us his legacy of love, compassion, and importance of family lives on within each of us.
Joaquin is preceded in death by his father Esteban Razo and survived by his mother Velia Razo; his wife Toni Razo and children Michael Hudspeth, Leslie Lincoln, and Devon Razo; siblings Pedro Razo, Raquel Loera, Amalia Martinez, Sarah Martinez, San Juana Cortez, Javier Razo, Irma Celestino, Guadalupe Mobley, Esteban Razo, Roberto Razo, Maria Razo, Jose Razo; many nieces and nephews; countless aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
Please join us in celebrating his life on Wednesday morning October 23, 2019, between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Camero Funeral Home, 20567 Hwy. 16 South, Von Ormy, Texas 78073.
