Jesus Gonzalez's Obituary
Jesus Gonzalez, born March 13, 1939 to Juan Gonzalez and Juliana Martinez Gonzalez in San Antonio, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the age of 79 years. Mr. Gonzalez is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elida G. Gonzalez; daughter, Elsa Van Meter and husband Ben; son, Andrew Gonzalez; grandchildren, Shane Rafa and Evan Andres; also numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Mr. Gonzalez enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and camping with his family. He loved music and began playing as a musician at the age of 12 years old. He continued playing throughout his life, playing for the last time at his daughter’s wedding. He had a sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A family gathering will begin on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m at the Camero Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel.
