June 25, 1968 - January 23, 2018 Jerry Cortinas affectionately known as “Machete”, of San Antonio, Texas was called to be with the lord on January 23, 2018, at the age of 49. He is preceded in death by his beloved father Roberto H. Cortinas and survived by his significant other: Olga Suarez and his children: Crystal & Jimmy Holden, Jose Ytuarte, & Nicole Ytuarte, Grandchildren: Jeremiah, Alyssa, Matthew, & Heaven. Mother: Guadalupe H. Cortinas. Siblings: David Cortinas and wife Martina, Gloria Cortinas and wife Terry, Priscilla Gutierrez and husband Lupe, Roberto Cortinas Jr. and wife Leydiana, Linda Reyes and husband David, Stacey Cortinas, and as well as many family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him; for it was a privilege to have had him touch all our lives and hearts.
