Jeannette Ray's Obituary
Jeannette Ray passed away peacefully at home in the early morning of January5,2021. She was born in Rhine, Georgia on February 8, 1941 to James and Gladys Bloodworth, the youngest of 9 children. She married Richard D. Ray (Doug) on September 19, 1959. She had 6 children, Joseph Franklyn Ray 1960(m. Shirley Ann), Benjamin James Ray 1963(m. Katherine Frances), Gladys Michelle Ray 1966(deceased), Lisa Gail Jose 1968(m. Gerald Eugene), Teresa Lee Ray 1970(deceased) and Ashlee Nicole Ray 1988. She was also a Grandmother of 11 grand children and 11 Great grand children and 1 Great, Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2004. She lived a long and fruitful life and was loved by nearly everyone she met. She was a true Matriarch and held her family above all else.
