Isabel "Lisa' Villareal Buck's Obituary
Isabel ‘Lisa’ Villarreal Buck of Poteet Texas Died Friday October 21, 2022.
On Friday, October 21 prior to the new day’s dawn Isabel ‘Lisa’ Villarreal Buck passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones, listening to her favorite songs in the comfort of her home.
Lisa lived life on her own terms with a grateful appreciation towards the love of Christ and her family. Lisa was an incredible mother, wife, and supportive member of her community.
Lisa was born in Texas with close ties to family in California. She attended Christ the King Catholic School in San Antonio, TX and finished High School in Los Angeles, California. After a ski trip with friends, she met the love of her life, Husband, Allen P Buck III. Following the birth of their first child, Christina, the family relocated from Orange County, California to Poteet, Texas. They would continue to grow and raise their family into five children and many pets. She was passionate about raising her family to be accepting of everyone and to have an appreciation for the arts, cultures, and sciences.
As a Godmother to her three nephews, she rose to occasion to foster her God children in their time of need, forming an especially close bond with the youngest (14 at the time) who resided with Lisa and her family into adulthood.
During life’s toughest times she instilled wisdom, peace and understanding to accept what we cannot control and although life can be hard, we can grant ourselves the freedom to not be tied down by life’s struggles.
