Paul
I met Dr. / Colonel Tchou in the United Kingdom 3-4 December 1990. He had honor, integrity and sought the truth. He was the president of my courts martial and voted not guilty, then voted no punishment. He stood up for the truth and against an injustice in opposition to some other officers. He even wrote a nice letter on my behalf. He saw me at the RAF Lakenheath chow hall (where we inmates got our chow) and actually came over to me asking how I was doing. It was the method of a very kind and caring human being. May God grant him eternal rest and a place in heaven.
